I am starting a brand new series on Fridays called- Fridays Favorite Things!! I want to showcase to my clients and fans some of my favorite things, places and unique specials I have found! So check back each Friday to see something new I found to share with you! 

My first favorite thing to share this Friday is my absolute favorite place to be pampered....Spa Go in Aiken, SC. I love their massages, pedicures and gel manicures!  I am a firm believer that quality and service are worth the extra money! In essence, you get what you pay for. That is why I love Spa Go, because they give you both excellent quality with their products and employees, as well as fabulous service! They have an elegant feel inside their spa and it has a calm and serene atmosphere! They offer you something to drink- hot tea or water and always have a treat for you on the way out! The employees who work their have been trained professionally and are very kind and caring....this is not just a job to them! They offer a wide variety of services....manicures, pedicures, hair cuts/styling, massages, eyebrow waxing, couples massages, saunas, facials, wraps and many more....

And if you are looking for a Mother's Day gift, they are having a fabulous special- $70 for a massage and manicure!! Your mom will thank you and think you are the best son/daughter she has!! :)

Augusta Wedding Photographer II Bearden Wedding Sneak Peek

I had the pleasure and honor of photographing Brittany and Ryan Bearden's Wedding this past Saturday, April 19th! They were so lucky, for it was forecasting rain for the whole day, but the rain held off until late in the evening and they were able to have their wedding outdoors as planned! 

I have had a whole year to get to know Brittany and Ryan, as they chose the Wedding Collection that allowed me to do their engagement portraits and Brittany's Bridal portraits. We met several times with desserts in hand, as I love to pamper my clients,  to preview their portraits and go over all the details of how they wanted their wedding to be recorded! I love getting to know my clients, as they end up becoming friends of mine! 

I felt honored to be able to capture this day for them and for them to have these portraits, which they are sure to treasure for always!

{ La Dolce - A Treasure in Aiken }

I am so excited to partner with great businesses and I still can’t believe that the delicious and wonderful La Dolce in downtown Aiken is featuring my portraits in their gourmet bakery coffee/tea house! 

Lady Kelly MacVean studied in England to become a tea master and she operates such a wonderful business that opened in November 2012.  

Their treats are so yummy thanks to Kirstie MacVean, executive pastry chef!  

La Dolce provides wonderful unique desserts, custom wedding and birthday cakes, custom teas, coffees and bread.

They also offer a light lunch.  You can even book a tea for you and a group of friends with Kelly!
