Lollipop, Lollipop, Oh Lolly, Lolly, Lollipop!!

Looking for a unique way to capture your child's personality?  Then try out one of my favorite portrait sessions titled "The Lollipop Session".

Isn't there something about a lollipop that brings out the kid in all of us?  In the portrait sessions I have taken, lollipops (and whoopie cushions, to be honest) can instantly put a smile on anyone in the room - even those young at heart, too!

Whether you just need portraits for your children or family or want a unique way to make a memory, "The Lollipop Session" is a bunch of fun and can be part of a portrait session or the main focus!  Give me a call to learn more at 803-634-0596!

Let Them Be Little...

I just love going on location for portrait sessions and I love going even more when we have an evening as beautiful as the one we had for the Toney's.

Nolan, Simon and their Mom, Amy, met me at a lovely park near North Augusta High School one gorgeous, warm evening.  The boys were very silly and super sweet.
a

What a beautiful portrait it was when Nolan and Simon leaned in and kissed their Mom on her cheeks!  Instantly the song, "Let Them Be Little" popped in my mind.

Amy even emailed me after seeing that portrait and said, "I just love the one of them kissing my cheeks; it makes me cry."

Amy also said that the portrait of the boys on the bridge with their heads together really shows of their personalities.  What a wonderful day!

"Smash The Cake"

First birthdays are always a "Smash"... I mean BLAST!!

Little Braeden's Mom asked me to take his first birthday photos under the title of "Smash the Cake" and I was ready for this sweet boy to destroy his cake!

His portrait session was so much fun with natural light portraits and cake portraits.

Even though he held out on smiling for most of the session, I just loved when I was able to capture him with a big smile on his face!  Can't you see the excitement in his face and all the cake on his hand!!  I could look at these pictures every day!

Martins' Family Sisters and Brothers

There is just something about siblings.  I can't help but love taking pictures of sisters and brothers!

What's even nicer is when families grow and I get to capture their newest additions!  Two years have gone by since I last saw the Martins' Family and they have changed with the addition of a little baby girl!

Can't you see the family resemblance and individual personalities between their eldest son, set of twins and three month old baby?  Visit MaryBethsPhotography.info.

Happy Birthday Emme!

Aren't we lucky?  We were so excited to get the opportunity to be a part of this big day for this sweet little girl.

Emme's mom gets our vote for Mother of
the Year for the work she put into this party!  Can you believe this cake?

And Emme's grandmother, we want to adopt her as our own!

Best wishes for many years to come Emme!  Thank you for sharing your special day with us!
