{ A Fabulous Christmas Gift from the Koss Girls }

What started out as a session to do Senior Portraits turned into a fabulous gift idea from the Koss Girls for their parents.  

Katherine, who babysits for our children and Claire are just beautiful girls and when they asked if we could head to Hammond's Ferry for a surprise Christmas gift portrait session for their parents... I was so excited.  

 

They blew their Mom away with what she found under the Christmas tree!

{ Watching the Toney Boys Grow }

I have been taking portraits of the Toney family since Nolan was 6 months old.  Look at him now... 4 years old!!  

I have loved watching the boys grow up since meeting Amy in Mother’s Club so many years ago.  Life has changed for us... as it always does.  

Amy and her family have moved out near Greenbrier and I had a fabulous time taking the portraits at a pond area near Greenbrier Elementary School, right near their subdivision and their new home.

Two-Year-Old Ellie is Adorable

Fabulous little Ellie turned 2-years-old and I was so excited when my good friend Michelle asked me to take her portraits.  

 

In an adorable twist, Michelle brought a rocking horse that her husband Cliff’s co-worker had made for Ellie.  

In true two-year-old fashion, Ellie couldn’t sit still... So, Michelle and I put our brains together and Michelle walked outside and peeked though the window -  Viola!

{ Bridal Show Review and Thanks }

I am still on such a wonderful photographer high from the fabulous Bridal Show I attended last weekend. 

It was so much fun to plan for the event and then to show off my work to all the excited brides and their families!  Here is a better look at my display from last weekend.  

I think I was able to show a variety of portraits from weddings I have photographed and some of the fun "extras" I offer!

{ Bridal Expo- "Takenista" Shirt Give Away }

What a fabulous time I had meeting brides at last Sundays CSRA Bridal Expo! At this event I had a drawing to give away three cute " Takenista" shirts to three lucky brides! As if that wasn't fabulous enough to get these cute shirts....I decided to make it just a little more interesting!!  Once they had won the shirts, I took their picture to be entered into a contest for one lucky bride to win $500 off any wedding package I offer!! I know.... how exciting!! :)


So..... the contest begins today, Feb. 1st ( after all, February is the month of LOVE!! ) with three brides battling it out and will end on Wednesday, Feb. 8th!! You will have 1 week to show these brides some love! Spread the word to friends, family, coworkers...heck even your mailman!!
