Wednesday's Words of Wisdom

Before becoming a photographer, I never realized how displaying photos can change the feel of the portraits or the feel of a room.  When selecting a frame for your portraits, always try to match the frame and matting to the feel of the pictures.

A professional framer can help you select the appropriate colors and matte.  Take a look at where you want to hang or place your newly framed portrait and figure out what size portrait you need to order and if your room already has that "feeling" associated with it.  Do you want to continue that sentiment?  Are there accessory pieces you need to purchase to fill up the space?

It can be an overwhelming task, but one that can make your wonderful portrait... spectacular.  I offer solid wood, ready to hang storyboards that put together a variety of portraits from one photo session - this is a great option, if you just can't select the centerpiece!

In a 10 x 10 or a 10 x 20, these are great options and I can complete the finish in black or white.  Ask me for more details on how to better showcase your portraits!
